Terms of Service

1. Who we are This online store ("SG Design", "we", "us") is operated by Stefano Guerra, sole proprietor, trading as SG Design, Via Molinazzo 2, 6517 Arbedo-Castione, Switzerland. Email: shop.sgdesign@gmail.com. The store is hosted on Shopify. SG Design is the seller of all products offered on this website.

2. Acceptance By visiting the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Products and production Our products are printed on demand. Production and shipping are carried out by independent third-party partners (such as Printify, Inc. and its print providers) on our behalf. Colors and placement may vary slightly from on-screen images because of monitor settings and the printing process.

4. Prices and payment All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) for US customers. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders, for example in case of obvious errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property All designs, texts and images on this website are owned by SG Design or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written consent.

7. Use of the website You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, SG Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of the Canton of Ticino (Bellinzona) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your place of residence, and you may also bring claims before the courts where you live, where such laws allow it.

10. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
